These answers are here to make your visit comfortable, predictable and well planned. Some services require more preparation than others because Albert works around the history, condition, time and future of your hair—not simply the appointment in front of him.

Please call or text the Salon as soon as you know you are running late. Albert reserves substantial time for each client, particularly for Color and Texture work. When possible, we will adjust the appointment. When a delay affects the time reserved or the next client, additional time, a shortened service, or rescheduling charges may apply. Services reserved for you remain subject to the Salon’s cancellation and no-show policy.
Yes, with the new law you now can. Tips are always preferred in cash or Zelle.
No you don’t. While traditional standard tip for a hair professional is 20 %, an appropriate tip for hair wash is $5 – $10. You can simply add it to your main tip and it will be given to the assistant.
Gratuity is always appreciated but should reflect your experience and comfort. Many clients use 20% as a traditional reference point for a hair professional, while a separate shampoo assistant gratuity is often smaller. Please choose what feels appropriate to you.
Yes, of course. Only Laptop must remain on silent mode at all times just like your mobile phone. I will not be able to allow compromised service therefore computers can be used during waiting time / color processing time.
For safety and comfort, please arrange childcare during your appointment. The Salon contains professional chemicals, hot tools, sharp instruments and electrical equipment, and many appointments require long periods of focused technical work. This policy helps us protect children, clients and the quality of the service.
Yes you can, but this Salon has everything the clients might need. Including several types of hair rollers, heated or vented and the best in the world Hood Dryer that does not require a hair net of course… I might just smile in such case.
Yes. Mobile phones are welcome, but please keep them on silent mode. Texting and quiet use are perfectly acceptable as long as they do not interfere with the service. Extended phone conversations should be kept to a minimum so Albert and the team can concentrate fully on your hair.
Please use headphones. Speakerphone calls, videos, music, and other audible content can disturb other clients and interfere with the calm atmosphere of the Salon.
Of course, when necessary. However, certain parts of a haircut, color application, consultation, or technical treatment require your attention and correct head position. Albert may ask you to finish the call before continuing that part of the service.
You are welcome to photograph your own hair and experience. Please do not photograph or film other clients or employees without their permission. Privacy is important in our Salon.
Please ask first. Audio or video recording of consultations, conversations, employees, or services requires prior permission. We want every client and team member to feel comfortable and respected.
Please ask the person before posting identifiable photos or videos of them. We are happy when clients share their experience, but professional courtesy and personal privacy come first.
Very important. Clients often spend several hours in the Salon during major Color and Texture transformations. Conversations, personal information, photographs, and the presence of other clients should be treated with discretion and respect.
With the same courtesy and respect that we extend to every client. Our assistants and other professionals are an important part of your service. Disrespectful, demeaning, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive behavior toward any member of the team is not acceptable.
Albert Robin Salon reserves the right to stop a service or decline future appointments when behavior toward a team member or another client becomes abusive, threatening, persistently disrespectful, or disruptive. A luxury service requires mutual respect.
Please ask in advance. Because the Salon is an intimate professional environment and some appointments are very long, additional guests may not always be appropriate. This also helps protect the privacy and comfort of other clients.
Only with prior approval. Filming must not interfere with the service, technical procedures, staff movement, or the privacy of other clients.
Advanced Color, YUKO, ProAddiction, Keratin, and other Texture services require concentration, precise sectioning, controlled timing, and thermal work. Minimizing unnecessary interruptions allows Albert and the team to give the service their full professional attention.
Please do not. Professional irons, dryers, chemical products, color tools, scissors, and other equipment may be hot, sharp, or intended only for professional use. If you need something, simply ask a member of the team.
Yes. We protect our clients’ privacy and ask clients to extend the same courtesy to others. Please avoid sharing another client’s conversations, photographs, services, or personal information without their permission.

The First Consultation is $50 and includes a private in-salon assessment with Albert, followed by professional preparation and planning—reviewing the hair history, evaluating options, organizing recommendations, estimating the work required, and preparing the most appropriate service plan.
I provide in-depth hair consultations for color and chemical services only, because those require a performance plan, a budget and a time frame, in order to book. Haircut doesn’t require any of those, therefore a prior consultation visit is not needed. Every haircut includes time for a real consultation, prior to cutting, without any charge.
Yes, if you are a new client you need to book a First Consultation. Also, creating your initial color formula is the most important part and it can be time consuming. You will get additional time with your color appointment. $25 will be added to your bill.
Regular Blow Dry appointments with Albert are reserved for existing Salon clients. New guests may book an Introductory Blow Dry as a first visit to meet Albert, receive professional hair advice, and discuss whether the Salon is the right fit for their future haircut, color, texture, or hair-repair needs. The Introductory Blow Dry is not intended as a one-time styling service.
No. Haircuts do not require a separate consultation appointment. Every haircut with Albert includes dedicated consultation time before cutting to discuss your hair, shape, lifestyle, maintenance, and desired result. The consultation is part of the haircut service.
Major Color and Texture services are very different from a haircut. They may involve chemical history, hair condition, testing, multiple procedures, several hours of work, or more than one appointment. A Proper Consultation allows Albert to establish the technique, sequence of services, expected time frame, and realistic budget before approving the work.
Generally, no. Significant Color, YUKO, ProAddiction, corrective work, major blonding, and other advanced Texture transformations require Albert’s approval first. The goal is to know what is technically appropriate—and what the complete project may involve—before reserving many hours of salon time.
Complex hair transformations can involve several professional services rather than one simple appointment. Discussing the expected budget in advance allows the client and Albert to create a realistic plan without surprises once the transformation has begun.
No. Albert Robin Salon operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted because they can interrupt consultations, precision cutting, Color applications, chemical processing, thermal treatments, and other work requiring continuous concentration.
Many services performed here are detailed creative and technical procedures that may continue uninterrupted for several hours. Protecting that time allows Albert and the team to remain fully focused on the client in the chair rather than repeatedly stopping to accommodate unscheduled visitors.
Please contact the Salon first rather than arriving without an appointment. Even a short unscheduled conversation can occur during a critical stage of another client’s Color, Texture, haircut, or thermal service. We are always happy to help when the appropriate time has been arranged.
A quiet, controlled environment is part of the service. The Salon may be in the middle of a private consultation or a complex technical procedure. Appointment-only access helps protect the concentration of the professionals and the privacy and comfort of the client being served.
Yes. A 3% processing fee is added to payments made by credit card. This fee covers the cost associated with processing the card transaction.
Credit-card companies charge merchants processing costs for accepting card payments. Rather than incorporating those charges into every service price, Albert Robin Salon applies the 3% processing fee specifically when a client chooses to pay by credit card.
A haircut can usually be designed during the consultation included at the beginning of the appointment. A major Color or Texture transformation requires much more advance planning because Albert may need to evaluate chemical history, hair integrity, product compatibility, sequence, timing, maintenance, and total investment before the work begins.
The more technically demanding the service, the more important the preparation becomes. Albert’s approval is based not only on whether a look is desirable, but whether it can be achieved responsibly on the client’s actual hair, within an appropriate time frame and budget.

This is one of the most challenging and complexed jobs. Therefore it’s a very high-cost service. Can easily exceed $1000 for medium hair and it can exceed $2000 for very long hair.

INOA uses an ammonia-free Oil Delivery System to deliver permanent color. It provides excellent gray coverage, rich tonal possibilities, shine, and a much more comfortable color experience without the characteristic ammonia odor associated with traditional permanent color.
No. INOA is excellent for gray coverage, but it can also be used to create sophisticated brunettes, reds, blondes, dimensional color, tonal changes, and full-color transformations. Its extensive shade family allows Albert to formulate color individually rather than work from a one-formula-fits-all approach.
Mature and delicate hair often benefits from a color philosophy that prioritizes condition, shine, softness, and controlled processing. Albert frequently selects INOA when he wants permanent color performance while maintaining a luxurious approach to the condition of the hair.
Root color treats the new growth only. Full-length color involves the mid-lengths and ends as well. They are very different services. Once a permanent color has been established on the lengths, repeatedly applying permanent color over the same hair is often unnecessary and may create excessive pigment buildup or additional stress.
Usually not. The roots may require permanent color for new growth or gray coverage, while the lengths may only need refreshing with a gentler gloss or demi-permanent formula. Albert chooses the formula according to what each area of the hair actually needs.
Repeated overlap can create excessive pigment accumulation, darker or flatter ends, loss of transparency, and unnecessary chemical processing. A sophisticated color service treats new growth, mid-lengths, and ends as different zones rather than automatically applying the same formula everywhere.

Yes. Professional ammonia-free lighteners exist and can be an excellent choice for certain techniques and hair types. The absence of ammonia does not make bleaching harmless, however—the hair must still be evaluated and processed professionally.
Not necessarily. The safest and most effective product depends on the starting level, desired blondness, hair condition, technique, and amount of lift required. Preserving hair quality comes from choosing the correct chemistry and technique—not simply choosing a product because of one ingredient claim.
Highlights generally use carefully isolated sections, often enclosed in foils or similar materials, to create controlled lift from selected areas of the hair. Balayage is traditionally a more visual, freehand approach that paints lightness strategically for a softer transition and customized placement. Both can range from very subtle to extremely transformative.
Neither is automatically better. The correct technique depends on your natural base, desired brightness, maintenance expectations, haircut, density, previous color, and how blended or contrasted you want the finished result to appear.
Beautiful blonde hair is not successful if the hair loses its strength, elasticity, shine, or ability to hold a polished finish. Albert approaches blonding as both a color service and a hair-preservation project. The condition of the finished hair is part of the result—not an afterthought.
A professional bonding system is designed to help protect vulnerable structural bonds within the hair during the lightening process. Modern professional lighteners can include bonding technology directly in the formula so protection occurs while the hair is being lifted.
Highlights may require hundreds of individually lightened sections. Each section is exposed to an oxidative lightening process. Bond protection becomes especially valuable when working toward very light blondes, repeated highlighting, fragile hair, or major transformations where maintaining strength is essential.
No. Bonding technology is an important protective tool, but it does not make aggressive bleaching risk-free. Correct developer strength, application, saturation, timing, section size, previous chemical history, and professional judgment remain essential.
Bond protection is incorporated during or around the chemical lightening process to help protect the hair while the transformation is taking place. Reparative treatments afterward focus on conditioning, strengthening, smoothing, hydration, and improving the cosmetic condition of the newly lightened hair. In advanced blonding, both approaches may be appropriate.
Baby highlights are exceptionally fine highlights created from very small sections of hair. The objective is an extremely delicate, blended blonde effect that can resemble naturally lightened hair rather than obvious traditional streaks.
Micro highlights take precision highlighting even further. Albert works with extremely fine sections and highly controlled placement to create seamless brightness, sophisticated blending, and very little visible separation between the natural base and the highlighted hair.
Their beauty comes from precision and quantity rather than large sections. Creating an exceptionally blended blonde may require an extraordinary number of tiny sections, careful foil placement, multiple formulas, controlled saturation, and many hours of work. The result can look effortless precisely because the construction behind it is so detailed.
They require significantly more time, technical precision, product, sectioning, and attention to detail. A full micro-highlight construction can become one of the most labor-intensive color services in the salon. The client is paying not simply for “more foils,” but for the hours and precision necessary to create an exceptionally refined blonde.
They can. Very refined blonding often involves a carefully maintained relationship between new growth, existing blonde, glossing, repair treatments, and the condition of the lengths. Albert will recommend a maintenance schedule designed to preserve both the color and the integrity of the hair.
Yes. With sufficiently dense placement, baby or micro highlights can create an extremely bright result while retaining microscopic pieces of natural dimension. This is very different from simply bleaching the entire head one uniform color.
Because the transitions are finer and more controlled. Instead of obvious large stripes, the eye sees thousands of subtle tonal changes and carefully placed lightness. When properly executed, the result can appear softer, more dimensional, and exceptionally polished.
Trace metals can accumulate inside the hair fiber from water and other environmental exposure. A professional metal-detoxifying system may be incorporated around color and lightening services when appropriate as part of a hair-preservation strategy.
The fastest route to a desired blonde is not always the best route for the hair. If achieving the target in one appointment would require excessive processing, Albert may divide the transformation into stages. Preserving enough hair quality to enjoy the finished color is more important than forcing the hair to reach an unrealistic target in a single day.
Not necessarily. Previous artificial color, repeated box color, existing bleach, texture services, porosity, breakage, and the natural starting level can all limit what can safely be achieved. Testing and a Proper Consultation may be necessary before Albert approves a major platinum transformation.
Because the requested color is only successful if the hair can support it. When the structural cost of achieving a color is too high, Albert may recommend a slower transformation, a different technique, additional repair, or a more realistic target. Protecting the hair takes priority over forcing a photograph-inspired result.
ProAddiction

Since ProAddiction changes the structure of the hair internally no preservatives such as
formaldehyde are ever needed or used.
Although our treatment is safe and non-toxic, ProAddiction has never been tested on pregnant
or nursing women. Please consult with your physician before using any treatment.
Yes, we always do ProAddiction before we give you a new Base Color for your hair.
We recommend doing highlights or any bleaching process before doing ProAddiction. Highlights require smoothing and repair afterwards. ProAddiction can provide both.
Yes, you can!
Swimming won’t wash the treatment off but the salt in the ocean and the chlorine in the pool will overdry the hair and open the cuticles. This will cause frizz. To avoid this, simply apply ProAddiction hydrating mask for 10 minutes after shampooing your hair post swimming.
Since ProAddiction treatment has a wide range of possibilities, and can be customized for each
client, it is very important to take the time during the consultation to understand what the client
wants. Not all clients need or to have 100% straight hair, some clients may want to reduce their
curls or to keep their natural curls all without frizz.
I recommend between 4 – 8 months. 5- 6 months is an ideal roots remake. But that also depends on your hair type and your desired outcome. Not all clients prefer their hair straight, many like it wavy and even slightly curly.
It’s permanent. It worth every dollar spent. Multi-process and very intense, 4 to 6 hours of performance. This is thermal hair reconstruction, similar to the Yuko Japanese System, but it’s the non-chemical option between the two… Making it very seductive to many clients. This is the ultimate hair luxury for those with unruly frizzy hair, seeking younger appearance along with significant time saving and comfort.
Yes. ProAddiction involves an intensive thermal lamination process. On previously colored hair, especially hair with accumulated artificial pigment, the treatment can cause noticeable color shift, fading, warmth, or tonal changes. For this reason, colored hair must be evaluated as a complete Texture-and-Color project rather than as a stand-alone straightening service.
Very possibly. Clients with established artificial hair color should be prepared for the possibility that a significant portion—or sometimes the entire color—will need to be restored after ProAddiction. The degree of change depends on the existing pigments, previous color history, hair condition, temperature required, and intensity of the thermal process.
ProAddiction requires controlled high-temperature thermal processing to reconstruct and reshape the hair. Existing cosmetic pigments can react differently to this intense heat. Some colors may fade, become warmer, shift in tone, or reveal underlying pigments that were previously hidden by the artificial color.
Because there is little sense in creating a perfect fresh color and then exposing it immediately to an intensive thermal reconstruction process that may alter it. When appropriate, we first complete the ProAddiction transformation and then rebuild the Base Color on the newly transformed hair.
Highlights and other bleaching services are generally planned before ProAddiction. ProAddiction can then be used strategically to smooth, reconstruct, and refine the hair after the lightening process. The exact sequence must be determined during consultation because heavily highlighted or compromised hair requires individual planning.
Not necessarily. After ProAddiction, restoring color may involve much more than a root touch-up. Depending on how the existing pigment responds, Albert may recommend Base Color, lengths and ends color, glossing, tonal correction, or a combination of several color services to restore balance from roots to ends.
Because this is no longer a single service. It becomes a planned Hair Transformation involving texture, thermal reconstruction, existing color history, possible color correction, and future maintenance. Albert needs to examine the hair, understand what has previously been done to it, establish your desired texture and color, and determine the correct sequence of services before approving the project.
Major transformations involve decisions that can affect both the structural condition of the hair and the final color. Albert will approve the project only after determining that the desired result is technically realistic and that an appropriate sequence of Texture, Repair, and Color services can be developed for your hair.
If your hair is colored, yes—you should plan your budget with possible color restoration in mind. ProAddiction pricing covers the texture treatment itself. Any Base Color, glossing, color correction, highlights, or full color restoration required afterward is a separate professional service.
A realistic estimate can be established during a Proper Consultation. Final cost depends on hair length, thickness, density, previous color history, condition, the ProAddiction technique selected, and the amount of color restoration required afterward. Complex transformations should be planned financially before the first major service begins.
Do not plan a major ProAddiction-and-Color Transformation as a quick salon visit. Depending on your hair and the work required, the project may involve extended appointments or multiple visits. Albert will establish the appropriate sequence and time frame during consultation.
For virgin hair, this may be relatively simple. For significantly colored hair, it is better to establish the complete plan before starting. If the existing pigment changes substantially during thermal lamination, you should already know what color restoration may be required, how much additional time it could involve, and what budget should be reserved.
This should be discussed before ProAddiction is performed. If maintaining the existing artificial color exactly as it is is essential and you are unwilling to correct or restore it if it shifts, Albert may recommend postponing the treatment or choosing a different Texture or Repair service.
No. Hair reacts differently according to its color formula, pigment buildup, porosity, condition, previous chemical history, and the intensity of the ProAddiction treatment. However, clients with colored hair should be prepared for a meaningful color change and should consider possible restoration part of the planning process from the beginning.
Start with a Proper Consultation. Albert will evaluate the hair and create a sequence covering Texture, Repair, Color Restoration, haircutting when needed, appointment timing, maintenance, and expected budget. Only after the complete plan is understood should a major transformation be scheduled.
Keratin
Keratin
A Keratin treatment is a professional smoothing service designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability, enhance shine, and make styling easier. Different Keratin systems can produce very different results, so the product and technique should be selected according to your hair type, condition, previous chemical history, and desired finish.
Traditional Brazilian smoothing treatments may contain formaldehyde, methylene glycol, or ingredients capable of releasing formaldehyde when heated. A genuinely non-formaldehyde Keratin treatment uses alternative smoothing technology. The two systems can differ in smoothing strength, longevity, processing technique, fumes, and suitability for different hair types.
Not necessarily. Some products marketed as “formaldehyde-free” may contain ingredients that can release formaldehyde when exposed to high heat. For this reason, professional product knowledge, proper ventilation, manufacturer instructions, and access to the product’s Safety Data Sheet are important.
Avoiding products that contain or release formaldehyde can reduce that particular exposure risk. However, every professional smoothing treatment still requires correct application, temperature control, proper ventilation, and careful evaluation of the hair. “Non-formaldehyde” should never be interpreted as “no professional precautions required.”
No. Keratin smoothing treatments are generally temporary. Their purpose is primarily to control frizz, soften texture, increase shine, and make the hair easier to style. Clients seeking permanent structural straightening should discuss other options during a consultation.
Often yes, but the condition of the hair is more important than simply whether it has been colored. Highlighted, bleached, fragile, or previously chemically treated hair may require a gentler formula, lower temperature, fewer iron passes, or an entirely different reparative treatment.
Keratin is not simply a product that is painted onto the hair. The result depends heavily on diagnosis, sectioning, product quantity, drying technique, flat-iron temperature, number of passes, ventilation, and understanding the client’s previous chemical history. The same product can produce very different results in experienced and inexperienced hands.
Yes. Excessive heat, too many flat-iron passes, incorrect product application, or treating already compromised hair can contribute to severe dryness, loss of elasticity, breakage, and an undesirable change in texture. A responsible technician should adjust the procedure to the actual condition of the hair rather than follow the same formula for every client.
Thermal sealing is one of the most technical parts of many Keratin treatments. The temperature appropriate for strong natural hair may be excessive for fine, highlighted, bleached, or damaged hair. Precision temperature control helps achieve the desired smoothing effect while minimizing unnecessary thermal stress.
Some smoothing formulas can release formaldehyde or other vapors when they are blow-dried or flat-ironed. Professional ventilation is therefore particularly important during treatments involving products that may release formaldehyde when heated.
Strong eye, nose, or throat irritation, coughing, difficulty breathing, unusual dizziness, or significant discomfort should never simply be accepted as a normal part of a beauty service. Tell your stylist immediately if you experience a reaction.
Ask which exact product will be used, whether it contains or may release formaldehyde, whether the stylist has been trained to use that system, how your previous color or chemical history affects the procedure, what temperature will be appropriate for your hair, and whether the salon provides adequate ventilation.
No. Maximum straightness is not always the healthiest or most attractive result. For many clients, the better choice is controlled frizz reduction, improved shine, easier styling, and preservation of natural movement. The treatment should be customized rather than automatically pushed to its maximum strength.
It depends on your natural texture, density, condition, color history, level of damage, desired amount of smoothing, and how much natural volume or curl you want to preserve. A professional evaluation allows the treatment, heat level, and technique to be customized specifically for your hair.
Japanese Straightening
Japanese Straightening
Hair that is treated with YUKO will remain straight almost permanently. However, new hair will grow according to its natural texture. We recommend that you get YUKO touch-ups every 6 to 8 months, but the interval will vary depending on your natural hair texture and how quickly your hair grows.
If the previous hair straightening procedure uses the same chemical (Ammonium Thioglycolate) as YUKO straightening solutions, applying YUKO will not be a problem. Please contact both companies to make sure chemicals are the same. Even if both use the same chemicals, the YUKO hair straightening process may not fully work if the hair is badly damaged already.
YUKO Japanese hair straightening permanently straightens hair by physically changing the internal structure of hair. Brazilian/Keratin treatment temporarily coats hair with keratin to smooth hair. Brazilian/Keratin treatments will wash out in average 3 months, so you must visit a salon often to re-coat the hair with this method.
No. We do not recommend getting YUKO hair straightening except on new growth. Please wait 3-4 months until the relaxer/Brazilian/Keratin Treatment coating is completely off your hair to get YUKO hair straightening.
The YUKO process is not just about straightening hair, it also re-texturizes your hair to a healthy shine. Correct application by a trained and experienced stylist will give you the results you desire. Make sure you consult a stylist experienced in YUKO hair straightening if you have any concerns.
YUKO Japanese Straightening is a permanent thermal-reconditioning system that changes the internal structure of the treated hair and creates permanently straightened lengths. ANTI-FRIZZ BY YUKO is a gentler, semi-permanent smoothing treatment designed primarily to control frizz, loosen texture, improve manageability, and preserve more natural movement.
Yes, for many clients who want frizz control and smoother, more manageable hair without permanent straightening, ANTI-FRIZZ BY YUKO can be an excellent alternative to traditional keratin-style smoothing. The correct choice depends on your texture, chemical history, condition, and desired result.
According to YUKO, ANTI-FRIZZ BY YUKO does not contain formaldehyde, formalin, or ingredients designed to release harmful formaldehyde-type gases. It uses a two-solution Japanese smoothing system rather than the conventional one-step approach associated with many traditional Brazilian smoothing treatments.

A Personalized Approach to Hair
Our Salon specializes in precision hair services, advanced texture work, corrective treatments, luxury reparative care, haircutting, and customized color transformations.
Because every head of hair has a different history, condition, texture, and goal, new clients planning significant Texture or Color services are encouraged to schedule a Proper Consultation before booking. This allows us to evaluate the hair, discuss expectations, recommend appropriate services, and develop a treatment plan designed specifically for the client.
Texture Repair & Color Transformations
When Texture Repair is needed, it is generally performed before the Base Color. Additional conditioning and reparative treatments may then be incorporated to support the hair, improve manageability, enhance shine, and help maintain the finished color.
Major Hair Transformations involving a combination of Texture Repair, Haircutting, and Full Color may require two or more extended appointments, depending on the condition of the hair and the desired result.
Comprehensive transformation projects start at $1,000. A personalized service plan, including recommended appointments and preparation instructions, will be provided during the consultation and booking process.
Follow-Up Care
For qualifying new clients completing major Hair Transformations, the Salon may extend a complimentary follow-up visit. This additional appointment is designed to nourish, refine, and help maintain the finished result. Eligibility and scheduling are determined according to the individual service plan.
Haircutting
Haircut appointments do not require a separate consultation visit. Each haircut includes dedicated time before the service to discuss the client’s hair, preferences, lifestyle, maintenance needs, and desired result.
Albert brings 37 years of professional haircutting experience to his work and has dedicated his career to studying and refining techniques inspired by the principles of the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy in Mayfair London UK. The very place he has graduated from. His approach combines precision, structure, movement, and individualized design to create haircuts intended to work beautifully in everyday life.
Consultations
A Proper Consultation includes a private in-salon assessment with Albert, followed by professional preparation and planning—reviewing the hair history, evaluating options, organizing recommendations, estimating the work required, and preparing the most appropriate service plan.
Because thoughtful planning is an essential part of achieving exceptional results, the Salon sponsors a significant portion of this professional time. The consultation is therefore offered for only $50. For major Color, Texture & Repair, corrective work, or complete Hair Transformations, this preparation is often where the quality of the final result begins.
Memberships
Membership is designed for clients who choose Albert Robin Salon as their ongoing hair home. Members receive 20% preferred pricing because continuity makes exceptional hair care more efficient and more precise. Over time, Albert already knows the client’s hair history, formulas, texture, previous treatments, timing, maintenance habits, and long-term goals—allowing future visits to begin with knowledge instead of starting over.
The membership benefit is not about discounting the work. It is a reward for continuity, trust, regular maintenance, and the long-term relationship between hairstylist and client. Introductory Blow Dry
Blow Dry with Albert is reserved for established Salon clients. His appointment time is intentionally protected for precision Haircutting, Color, Texture, Repair, and the long-term management of the hair, so regular Blow Dry appointments are available only to clients whose hair Albert is actively caring for.
For a new client, one Introductory Blow Dry is available as a first visit. It is not intended as a one-time styling appointment. It is an opportunity to meet Albert, see how your hair behaves in his hands, discuss your routine and concerns, receive professional observations, and determine whether the Salon is the right fit for your future hair care. This preserves the exclusivity of the Blow Dry service while still giving new guests a proper introduction to Albert Robin Salon.
